CHOOSE YOUR MEALS

Choose your meals from our menus by logging into the member portal at member.cateredfit.com or downloading the Catered Fit app. If meal selections are not made prior to the cut off time, our chefs will choose something delicious for you based on your preferences!

Our menus include options like Classic meals with your favorite proteins and complex carbs, Meatless meals including vegetarian and vegan options, and Paleo or Keto low-carb meals perfect for weight loss or weight management. Mix and match your meals as you like!

GET THEM DELIVERED

Daily delivery is available to members who are within drivable range of our kitchens in Florida. Those meals are delivered five days a week, Sunday evening through Thursday evening, to be consumed Monday through Friday. The window for your meal delivery is between 1pm and 9pm. Leave your Catered Fit cooler bag out each evening and our drivers will put your meals inside with an ice pack.

Weekly delivery is available for members outside of daily delivery range all across the US. We offer the same great meals packaged and sealed for freshness and shipped via 2-day air. These meals will arrive once weekly in an insulated box with gel ice packs.

SCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERIES

Make your own schedule! You can easily pause and resume your meal deliveries from the member portal so that we only deliver food when you need it. For members receiving daily delivery, all changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. For members who receive weekly shipments, your cutoff for changes is always Saturday night at 11:59pm for meals being delivered later that week.

We've set up your account to automatically renew for your convenience. Your account will renew with the same meal plan before the cutoff time. This way, you'll never miss a day of meals. OUR PACKAGING 100% RECYCLED

We take pride in our country, our community and our products. All of our meal containers and paper products are 100% American made, BPA Free, fully recyclable and are sourced from local providers.

All of the products we send to you have lived previous lives! Our recycled cardboard packages are insulated with recycled denim insulation, and each of our meal containers are made from post-consumer recycled materials. We hope that you'll recycle (or upclycle!) these materials with care.

OUR INGREDIENTS LOCALLY SOURCED

When it comes to the health of our loyal members we take no shortcuts. Our produce is locally sourced, American grown and delivered to our kitchens the same day they are delivered to our members. All of our meats are also locally sourced, hormone and antibiotic free, humanely raised and delivered fresh never frozen. Our seafood is also locally sourced, 'wild caught' and never from Asia or 'suspension ponds'.

Our kitchens are stocked with 100% natural products only. We do not use any products containing high fructose syrup, hydrogenated oils, modified starches, man-made dyes, table salt, white flour or white sugar. Your health is our #1 priority.

1. How do I get started?

Use our super easy online portal to get started or call our enrollment specialists at 855-400-CFIT for assistance building and purchasing your first meal plan with Catered Fit.

4. Do you offer a couples meal plan?

We sure do! Whether you receive daily or weekly delivery, you choose the number of meals you receive each delivery AND you get to pick each meal from any of our 4 menus! This makes it perfect for couples with different dietary needs.

2. How do I know which plan is right for me?

Each of our menus is designed with a specific goal in mind. On each meal plans page there is a description of what each menu was designned for. If you are unsure of which option is right for you, give us a call at 855-400-CFIT, and one of our enrollment specialists will point you in the right direction.

5. Are Catered Fit meals natural?

Absolutely! All of the ingredients used in our meals are non-GMO, free of hydrogenated oils, modified starches, high fructose corn syrups, man made dyes, preservatives, white flour, white sugar & table salt. All of our meats are local, no hormones or antibiotics used, and humanely raised. Our produce is always local and comes in fresh daily! Additionally, our seafood is always wild caught and never from Asia.

3. Can I combine meal plans?

You certainly can and many members do! Simply select our Combo Meal Plan and then you can choose any combination of meals from whichever meal plan you prefer. For example, you may choose to have a Classic breakfast and lunch with a Paleo dinner to limit your evening carbohydrate intake.

6. Do you have gluten free meals?

Indeed we do! Our Paleo plan is gluten free. Our Paleo pancakes, baked goods, and breaded items are all prepared with a ground nut meal in place of flour. For members with severe gluten intolerances, we simply exclude these items to avoid any potential for factory cross contamination.
