Our chefs carefully design all of our meals so that you knnow that you are sitting down to a well-rounded, nutrient rich meal at lunch. Regular portions range from 300-475 calories, 25-35g of protein, 25-35g of carbs and 10-20g of total fats per meal.

Catered Fit meals are prepared daily using fresh, locally sourced produce, as well as locally sourced, antibiotic and hormone free meats. You're able to build and customize their office lunch delivery to fit their needs and lifestyle by selecting from our classic paleo or meatless plans.
