You can also save yourself time by adding cold brew coffee, cold pressed juices, snacks or dessert to your meal delivery plan and have it delivered right to your door! All of our add-ons can be tailored to fit into a healthy weight diet and can be customized to fit your needs. Add-ons are only currently available in as part of a daily delivery plan.

DAILY DELIVERY

Hand delivered each evening in a cooler bag with ice for the next day’s meal enjoyment. Available in areas surrounding our local kitchens in Florida and California.

WEEKLY DELIVERY

Doorstep delivered once weekly in an insulated box with ice to keep the meals fresh! This is available to areas from Texas to New York. Meals are packaged using a vacufresh seal that preserves the quality and freshness without pumping in anything artificial.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I Have Food Allergies or Dislikes?

We allow 4 complimentary exclusions at no cost to you. We will omit any of your exclusions from your meal plan IF you choose not to select your individual meals. Every member can avoid receiving meals not to their liking by selecting their individual meals through their member portal. If a member does select their meals they will receive the Chef’s choice options which will exclude any items they have listed for omission.

Are Catered Fit’s Meals Low in Sodium?

Our meals are very low in sodium and contain only moderate amounts of all natural Kosher sea salt. This makes our meal plans perfect for those with high blood pressure.

Do You Have Gluten Free Meals?

Indeed, we do! Our Paleo plan is gluten-free. Our Paleo pancakes, baked good and breaded items are all prepared with a ground nut meal in place of flour. For members with severe gluten intolerances, we will simply exclude these items to eliminate any potential for factory cross-contamination.

How Long Do the Meals Last?

Our meals are all natural, free of preservatives and are on your doorstep within hours of being cooked. Our meals will last a maximum of 3 days in the refrigerator and do freeze extremely well.

Are Catered Fit Meals Natural?

Absolutely! All of the ingredients used in our meals are non-GMO, free of hydrogenated oils, modified starches, high fructose corn syrups, man-made dyes, preservatives, white flour, white sugar & table salt. All of our meats are local, no hormones or antibiotics used, and humanely raised. Our produce is always local and comes in fresh daily! Additionally, our seafood is always wild caught and never from Asia.

Do You Provide Nutritional Info For Each Meal?

Yes! The calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats for each meal are listed on our weekly menus as well as on the meals themselves. As you choose your meals for each day, our nutritional calculator will let you know what your caloric intake will be! This makes calorie counting a breeze.
